Register Me
First things first. I dreaded registering for our wedding stuff...but it turned out to be really fun. I love how Daniel provides wonderful input...and it feels like a team effort....So fun. I think we registered for some great stuff! It was actually Sunday afternoon we registered at Bed, Bath & Beyond ...many of you have asked where is our registry...so you can go here for Bed Bath & Beyond and you can go here for our Target Registry (just go to gift registries/club wedd/type in one of our names). I like the BB&B better b/c of their return policy and they have 20% coupons for EVERYTHING... But, enough for the shameless registry plug--you guys asked...and I supplied!
Fads.
They come and they go. Fads can include just about anything like: diets, newest trends of fashion, music, attending church, exercise, dancing, blogging and more. People go in with every intention of maintaining most all of their fads, yet somewhere down the road we grow lax in keeping up with them. Perhaps the fad dies out (like the EC blogging circuit) or life gets to busy or what not...but it comes and goes. I began to think of my relationship with the Lord....I pray that it won't be a fad. As 2007 rolls in just as quickly as 2006 has rolled out....let's make our relationship with the Lord be lasting...and not a fad that was cool during just our hard or easy times. I myself need to remember that.
