So the company I (Daniel) work for is a management/development group that is gearing up for the opening of the North Carolina Music Factory in Uptown Charlotte near the end of this summer. I actually stumbled upon our website just today and was excited to see all the attractions that will be included there....live music, restaurants, art galleries, condos....it's going to be a great place to live at or near (our house is quite close)...so you should check out the link here and see what you have to look forward to in the coming months if you live in Charlotte.
The other cool thing is that I may have the opportunity to work there as we get closer to opening...I could buy a bike and ride to work...how green would that be? :)
On another note, Candice and I were out a bit today and now that the Davidson Wildcats are on the map being in the Elite 8 we saw like 6 people wearing Davidson t-shirts or sweatshirts...those people probably hadn't brought those out in the past few years. But if Davidson wins the whole tournament, I think Candice will be one of the only people in the United States to have picked them all the way in one of her brackets...yeah, she makes some bold pics and it pays off. How great would it be for Davidson to beat UNC in the Final Four................my guess is your bracket would be busted. ;)
